Role Description, Job Function, and Responsibilities:

- Perform termite inspections, including identifying findings and recommending appropriate corrective services.
- Properly treat buildings and structures for termites and other wood-destroying organisms (WDO).
- Demonstrate trustworthiness, openness, and honesty; maintain appropriate discretion with confidential information.
- Execute duties and responsibilities faithfully without direct supervision.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and personal safety gear in clean, working order

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to move comfortably throughout the workday, including walking, crawling, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces as needed.
- Capable of using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Willingness to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
- Safe and responsible operation of company vehicles.
- Adaptability to different work conditions, such as warm attics in the summer or cooler crawl spaces in the winter.
- Exposure to natural elements, including dust, dirt, insects, and occasional wildlife.
- Some work may require being in tighter spaces.
- Must maintain any necessary licenses or certifications and participate in company-provided training sessions.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Pest control certification or licensing is a plus but not required—we are happy to provide training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
