I also want to give a shout-out to the guys who did the work yesterday. I received a call from one of them, whose name I am embarrassed to say I did not catch, to tell me that he had found a (MY) wedding band under some leaves in the crawlspace as they were working. In all my excursions under the house in November and December, at some point the ring had come off my hand and I had absolutely no idea where I had lost it. I tore up the house, my office, and our cars looking for it. Looked all around our yard several times, as well as where I park at work. Searched the crawlspace a couple times. I had pretty much given up on it. So, I want to send a huge thank you to them for calling me and returning the ring!

For a number of years, Cayce has performed our annual termite inspection and recently recommended the installation of a french drain and sump pump to alleviate ongoing moisture problems. We tried everything. Homemade ant poison: Borax, Sugar, and Water… and it worked for a day or two. I’m reluctant to say that ants are smart, but it seems like they started to avoid my mix after they realized it put a dent in their numbers. I then tried over-the-counter ant poison. They loved it for a week or so. After that week, ants ants ants ants ants
Long story short, we called you guys and the guy you sent was great. He was polite, personable, answered my stupid questions, and explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. We should have called you a long time ago. I forgot his name, but if that guy is any representation of your company, then you are doing something right. Thank him again for me.

Serviceman Will just left my home after completing a quarterly treatment. This was his first time here and I am very pleased to have had him. He was prompt and extremely polite.
